The house is ideally located at the entrance of Es Pujols, just 1 minute walking from the TIPIC disco (FYI the disco does not bother) and 3 minutes walking from the tourist center of the island (Es Pujols). There is the city center where you will find restaurants, bars, taxis, motorbikes and car rentals, pharmacy and the beach. Close to everything, but at the same time in a quiet place to rest.
It has a very easy access from the road and parking.
The House has a swimming pool, barbecue, terrace and pergola with decking of IPE wood where you can have breakfast or enjoy dining during fantastic summer nights.

The house is located in a rural property at the entrance of Es Pujols; the main tourist centre of the island where you can find all variety of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs, just 3 minutes walking from the house, without the need for vehicle. Close to everything but in a quiet place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
400 meters from the house there is the beach of Es Pujols, where we can swim and sunbathe in its white sand and refresh its turquoise blue sea, and only 1.5 km away is the beach of Illetes, considered the sixth best beach in the world and the best in Europe, so it is a must.
At night you can enjoy a good dinner in a restaurant contemplating the ambient that produces the hippie market on the promenade. And if there are still forces, you can experience the party with the scent of the sea.
